
Summer Camp Description
We have put together a full week of creative and fun baking activities. Learn how to bake your favourite desserts and introduce yourself to new skills and techniques to create your very own cake masterpiece by the end of the week. Take it home show off and share your baking talents with family and friends.
The workshops run from Monday to Friday, 10 - 12pm (2 hours per class), suitable for ages 13+.
We require a minimum of 6 kids to signup to run this workshop. Incase we are unable to achieve 6 signups, we will process a refund to your credit card.
*Some processes will require the participants to work in small groups
Day 1 : CUPCAKES & FROSTINGS
Outline:
Learn to bake Vanilla and Red Velvet cupcakes
Learn buttercream frosting and cream cheese frosting recipes
Learn how to pipe the perfect classic cupcake swirls
Take Home: 6pcs assorted cupcakes
Day 2 : FRESH BERRY TART & TIRAMISU
Outline:
Learn how to make tart dough and filling
Learn how to make delicious Tiramisu
Take Home: Tiramisu
Day 3 : DESIGN AND FONDANT SCULPTING
Outline:
Fill and decorate your tart with fresh berries
Sketch and plan your final cake design
Learn how to work with fondant
Learn how to sculpt 3D fondant figures
Sculpt and prepare fondant decorations for Day 5’s cake.

Day 4 : ALFAJORES | LAYER & COAT CAKE
Outline:
Learn how to make delicious Alfajores cookies layered with dulce de leche
Learn how to layer and stack a 6” cake
Learn how to coat a cake smooth with sharp edges
Learn how to cover a cake board in smooth fondant

Day 5 : DECORATE FONDANT CAKE
Outline:
Learn how to wrap a cake with fondant and achieve sharp and smooth edges
Decorate your fondant cake with techniques learnt over the course
