
Summer Camp Description
We have put together a full week of creative and fun baking activities. Learn how to bake your favourite desserts and introduce yourself to new skills and techniques to create your very own cake masterpiece by the end of the week. Take it home, show off and share your baking talents with family and friends.
The workshops run from Monday to Friday, 10-12pm (2 hours per class), suitable for ages 8 to 12 years old.
We require a minimum of 6 kids to signup to run this workshop. Incase we are unable to achieve 6 signups, we will process a refund to your credit card.
*Some processes will require the participants to work in small groups
Day 1 : CUPCAKES & FROSTINGS
Outline:
Learn to bake Vanilla and Red Velvet cupcakes
Learn different frosting recipes
Learn how to pipe the perfect classic cupcake swirls

Day 2 : CAKE POPS & COOKIES
Outline:
Learn how to make the correct cake pop mixture
Learn how to temper and work with Swiss couverture chocolate
Decorate your own cake pops
Learn 3 different cookie recipes

Day 3 : FONDANT DECORATING COOKIES

Learn to make sugar cookie dough
Learn techniques to roll and cut perfect sugar cookies
Learn fondant decorating techniques to decorate your own fondant cookies
Take Home: 6pcs Fondant Cookies
Day 4 : BAKE CAKES & ITALIAN MERINGUE FROSTING
Outline:
Learn how to bake delicious chocolate cake
Learn how to make Italian meringue frosting and prepare different coloured frostings
Day 5 : LAYER & DECORATE BUTTERCREAM CAKE

Learn how to layer, stack and crumb coat a cake
Learn different piping techniques and skills
