Looking for a week of fun activities this summer? 

During this summer camp, you will attend one themed workshop per day. 5 days in a row! You will learn the secret recipes for our signature items, master the techniques to make amazing fondant decorations, and create your unique buttercream cake. Most importantly, you will take home a box of delicious goodies every day to share with your friends and family. 


Day 1 : CUPCAKES + FROSTING

Outline:
Make our delicious and moist vanilla and red velvet cupcake recipes
Learn cream cheese frosting and other frostings
Learn how to pipe the perfect classic cupcake swirls

Take Home: Box of 6pcs Assorted Cupcakes


Day 2 : CAKE POPS & COOKIES

Outline:
Learn how to make the correct cake pop mixture
Learn how to temper and work with Swiss couverture chocolate
Decorate your own cake pops
Learn 3 different cookie recipes

Take Home: 6pcs Cake Pops and 6pcs Cookies


Day 3 : CHEESECAKE BROWNIES & TIRAMISU

Outline:
Learn to make cheesecake and brownies
Learn techniques to swirl cheesecake and brownies together
Learn how to make a delicious Tiramisu  

Take Home: Cheesecake Brownies and Tiramisu


Day 4 : FONDANT SCULPTING

Outline:
Learn how to work with fondant sugar paste
Sculpt 3D fondant figurines for the final day cake
  

Take Home: Next day with the cake


Day 5 : LAYER & DECORATE BUTTERCREAM CAKE

Outline:
Learn how to layer, stack and crumb coat a cake
Learn different piping techniques and skills
Decorate your very own 6” full size cake with your prepared fondant decorations

Take Home: 6” Buttercream Cake

NOTES

Each workshop runs from 10am to 12pm. It is suitable for children aged 6 or above.

We require a minimum of 8 kids to signup to run this workshop. Incase we are unable to achieve the minimum signups, we will process a refund to your credit card. 

*Some processes will require the participants to work in small groups
